Booking at the Brantwood
We look forward to welcoming you to The Brantwood and for you to feel as safe as possible.
Therefore due to the Coronavirus certain practices have been changed or enhanced.
Check in -
Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place. This now involves the following extra procedures, for your safety.
All hand contact surfaces have been sanitised – this includes but is not limited to drawers, inside drawers, table tops, handles, hair dryers, window sills and latches.
Bathrooms bleached, hand soap bottles sanitised and fresh toilet rolls (the ones from the previous guests have been taken out, even if full rolls)
All light switches, pulls, remotes, plug socket switches, rooms keys/fobs will be sanitised
All unused tea and coffee making items will be changed between guests.
Room servicing will be limited during your stay to ensure room contact is minimal.
All public areas, banisters, hand contact points sanitised frequently.
Breakfast service will run a little different to normal. Our times are extended and tables have been moved to allow a socially distanced restaurant. Tables will be allocated so you use the same table for your stay to ensure you are the only ones to touch the cutlery & crockery on your table.
Guests are welcome to use the garden and decking area for meals or just to chill out after a day out in the safety of a quiet space. There are tables and benches and a playhouse for younger children.
We will be offering packed lunches if required to reduce trips to the shops or restaurants and limited evening meals to allow to you have the choice of a known environment. We also allow guests to bring in takeaways should you prefer. We have a fridge solely for guests use.
We would prefer if you pay prior to your stay but you are still welcome to pay on departure as the card machine is sanitised between transactions.
